Summer House star Lindsay Hubbard made a significant milestone in her life as she announced on Instagram that she has become a homeowner following her split from Carl Radke. In her post on January 3, she shared a photo of herself signing the paperwork and wrote, “Turns out 2023 wasn’t ALL that bad for me … I bought a HOUSE ya’ll! 🏡 But I won’t be the one living in it.. you guys will! 👯♀️.” The reality star added that the home would be available for rent soon, inviting people heading to Nashville to stay at her rental property starting in March.
Many fellow Bravo stars, including Ariana Madix and Luke Gulbranson, showed support and praised Hubbard for her accomplishment in the comments section. This exciting news comes after a year of major change for Hubbard, including her high-profile split from Radke, which was documented on the eighth season of Summer House.
Following their breakup, Hubbard opened up about her feelings of being blindsided by Radke’s decision. She revealed, “It was absolutely humiliating. It would’ve been one thing if this conversation happened over the summer during the normal filming schedule, but for [Carl] to call up producers and then set up cameras and manipulate me into sitting down [so he could break up with me] after we’d already wrapped is scary. The whole world found out within 30 minutes of me.”
As filming for Summer House season 8 is well underway, Hubbard confirmed that production had resumed in July 2023. Radke, on the other hand, has maintained that viewers of the show will see what led to the breakup. Despite the differing perspectives from both parties, the support from Hubbard’s colleagues and fans as she enters this new chapter of life is undoubtedly heartwarming.
