The 53-year-old reality star revealed she is relishing her independence, having moved into a new home with a spacious patio. Janelle admitted she had splurged on some new patio furniture and was enjoying sipping coffee outdoors in the cool and peaceful morning air.
Janelle had previously lived in a trailer before moving to her new home following her split from Kody in 2022. She gave an update on the trailer, revealing she plans to manage it as an independent woman in a seasonal space. Janelle said she had always wanted to do this since it was a goal of hers.
The Wyoming native and Kody were married for nearly three decades and had welcomed six children throughout their relationship. However, Janelle has made it clear she is not waiting for Kody and has moved on with her life. Despite going their separate ways, Janelle maintained that she and Kody had a great run, but things had changed between them.
Janelle has also been open about her self-improvement journey, including working on her fitness goals and being authentic on social media. In one of her Pilates workout posts, she admitted that social media can be brutal but there is power in being authentic and showing the small steps towards crafting one’s own life even if progress isn’t always obvious or perfect. As Janelle continues to look forward, she is not seeking to reconcile with her ex-husband and is focused on her own independence.
