In a recent episode of her “Scheananigans” podcast, reality TV star Scheana Shay opened up about what happened to the plans of her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval to freeze embryos, after Sandoval’s cheating scandal with Raquel Leviss. Shay shared that Madix’s eggs were safe and frozen by themselves, without any sperm. Madix had previously frozen her eggs and shared on an April 19 episode of the show that she had retrieved 26 of them, indicating her strong desire to have children in the future.
While viewers of Vanderpump Rules followed Madix and Sandoval’s discussions about the next steps in their relationship, Us Weekly confirmed their breakup following nearly a decade of dating, due to Sandoval’s affair with Leviss. Sandoval, for his part, has claimed that he attempted to break up with Madix before his cheating scandal. He also shared that Madix asked him about fertilizing her eggs after the breakup but Sandoval declined, reiterating their separation.
Madix, who has yet to publicly address Sandoval’s claims, expressed her gratitude on social media for the outpouring of love and support she has received from friends, family, and fans. She also acknowledged the devastating loss and betrayal she has experienced but thanked her best support system in the world.
