“I’m doing it naturally,” she explained to her friends. Her plan? To get “sucked, tucked, tightened, and toned.” Essentially, she’s opting for a natural mommy makeover, which includes a tummy tuck. Loren’s list doesn’t stop there; she’s also going for a 360 lipo. This means her chin, arms, upper and lower back, and thighs are all on the agenda. Plus, she’s considering a fat transfer to her boobs.
Loren, alongside her husband Alexei Brovarnik, is a mom to three kids: Shai, 2, Asher, 19 months, and Ariel, 7 months. She’s adamant about not wanting anything “foreign” in her body. It’s all about repurposing what’s already there, she noted. After sharing her plans, one of her friends seemed quite surprised by the decision.
“You don’t have one stretch mark, you don’t have one cellulite and you’re getting lipo?” her friend questioned. Loren had her reasons ready. She pointed out that she suffers from abdominal diastasis, a condition where the abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy. This was a result of having three C-sections in just two and a half years. “No matter how hard I work out, it will never go back,” she lamented.
Loren’s been open about her desire for a mommy makeover post-kids. Back in January 2022, she expressed her wishes to *Us*. “I want to have a mommy makeover done within the next few years,” she said. Her plan? To tuck, lift, and tighten everything. “Nothing crazy,” she assured, but if she’s already under, why not go all out?
Fans first met Loren and Alexei, 34, on season 3 of *90 Day Fiancé* back in 2015. The couple, who met while Loren was on a Birthright trip to Israel in 2013, has since appeared in various iterations of the show. They even landed their own spinoff, *Loren and Alexei: After the 90 Days*, in 2022.
