Loren Brovarnik, a star from “90 Day Fiancé,” made a big decision. She went for a mommy makeover after her family with Alexei Brovarnik felt complete in 2022. “I told Alex, ‘Once we’re done having kids, I’m doing it,'” she shared with Us Weekly. That chat happened on a sunny Thursday, April 25, amidst the buzz of promoting a new season of their show.
Why, you ask? Well, Loren was clear. Pregnancy changes a woman’s body in ways hard to bounce back from. “We were blessed with pregnancies back-to-back,” she said. But, her muscles? They just didn’t snap back.
Loren, at 35, juggles life with sons Shai, 4, Asher, 2, and daughter Ariel, who’s just 20 months. She felt like she was predicting her future when she first mentioned the makeover. Doing it while the kids were still little seemed like the best plan. “Better now than later,” she thought. “They’ll only need us more as they grow.”
The Brovarnik bunch is a lively crew, always sharing their adventures and, yes, chaos, with their fans. “It’s a wild ride,” Loren admitted in December 2022, just after Ariel joined the family. That chaos? It’s part of their charm.
Part of Loren’s makeover was a tummy tuck. Why? She had abdominal diastasis, a common issue where pregnancy stretches and separates the ab muscles. “Mine were four units apart,” she explained. The solution? Bringing those muscles back together.
But there’s more. Loren also opted for liposuction 360 and transferred some fat to her breasts. Not everything went according to plan, but that was expected. “I didn’t want implants,” she stated. “But I feel great now, all tightened up.”
The surgery was no quick affair—seven hours! But to Loren, it felt like a “good nap.” Recovery was supposed to be six weeks. Yet, an infection threw a wrench in those plans. Loren, ever the active one, couldn’t just sit still, which, admittedly, set her back a bit.
While Loren was healing, Alexei stepped up big time at home. Despite the bumps in the road, Loren has zero regrets. “Body dysmorphia doesn’t vanish overnight,” she confessed. The surgery was a step, not the entire journey, for her. She’s now focused on being her best self, without an ounce of regret.
