Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, has posted a heartfelt message on Instagram to wish Scott Disick a happy 40th birthday. Disick, who is the ex-partner of Kourtney Kardashian, is still considered a member of the family. Jenner posted a slideshow of photos of Disick along with her message, in which she said she had known him for a couple of decades and praised him for being “funny, kind, creative, strong, smart, collaborative, generous, and adventurous”.
Disick and Kardashian began dating in 2006, following their meeting at a party in Mexico, and they have three children together: Mason, Penelope and Reign. However, the couple broke up in July 2015 after Disick was photographed with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. Since then, Kardashian has married Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Disick has been in relationships with a number of women.
Despite the break-up, the Kardashian-Jenner family has maintained a good relationship with Disick. Khloe Kardashian, for example, has often been photographed holding hands with him; in an interview with AOL, she explained that they had started doing that because Disick had mistakenly grabbed her hand in Las Vegas when he had meant to take Kourtney’s.
However, it is not just a personal relationship that Disick has with the Kardashians: he has also appeared on their reality TV shows, both Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Kardashians. Furthermore, he and Kardashian have worked hard to maintain a good coparenting relationship for the sake of their children.
