Khloé Kardashian Recovers from Injury & Shares Her Journey Back to Fitness Routine

She shared her journey of getting back to her fitness regimen on Instagram, expressing determination to fully regain her strength and fitness level, alongside footage of her exercising with her personal trainer, Don Brooks.

Oh, Khloé Kardashian’s been on quite the journey lately, huh? She’s healing up after a bit of an oopsie two months back. Couldn’t hit the gym the way she’s used to, which, knowing Khloé, must’ve been a real bummer.

She spilled the beans on Instagram, saying it’s been a slow crawl back to her fitness routine. "A few more weeks," she reckons, and she’ll be back at it full throttle. Gotta admire that determination, right? "Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready," she says. Classic Khloé.

In the midst of all this, Khloé’s been juggling mom duties to True and Tatum, her kiddos with Tristan Thompson. And guess what? She’s still smashing those workouts, now with Don Brooks by her side. Energy for days!

She broke it down into quarters, each with its own set of moves. It’s all about targeting those glutes and core, she says. And let’s not forget the balance ball – that thing’s versatile!

Khloé had a funny way of putting it, calling Don a "lunatic" she can’t help but keep calling back. "He abuses you, and then you pay him," she joked. Only in Hollywood, right?

This health update wasn’t her only reveal. On a recent episode of The Kardashians, she got real about losing her camel toe – yep, you heard that right. Named it Camille and everything. It’s gone now, thanks to her weight loss, she told Kylie Jenner.
