Khloé Kardashian posted an effusive tribute to her ex-boyfriend and father of her children, Tristan Thompson, on his birthday. Kardashian described Thompson as the “best father, brother & uncle” and wished that he continues to “crave change, healing, and transformation”. The tribute came just days after both Thompson and Kardashian were spotted attending a birthday party together, and follows several months of reports indicating that the relationship between the pair is strictly focussed on co-parenting.

Reality TV star Khloé Kardashian has taken to Instagram to praise ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson. In honour of his 32nd birthday, Kardashian shared several photos and videos of Thompson with their children True and their baby boy, as well as his older son Prince, and younger son Theo, all of whom he had with different mothers.
In the effusive post, Kardashian described Thompson as “the best father, brother, and uncle,” and praised the way he “shows up” for his family of children. She also wished him “healing and transformation,” and spoke of her respect for him as a co-parent.
Thompson, who is currently training with the Sacramento Kings, has had a difficult start to the year. In January, his mother Andrea died after suffering a heart attack. Kardashian attended her funeral, and also shared a tribute to her on Instagram.
Thompson, who has a history of cheating on Kardashian, previously made a public apology in November 2021, following rumours of infidelity with model Maralee Nichols. At the time, he shared a statement on Instagram in which he said he regretted his behaviour and was “truly sorry” for the pain he had caused.
Despite their history of cheating scandals, Thompson and Kardashian have remained focused on their co-parenting duties. In July 2022, they welcomed their baby boy via surrogate, while Thompson’s son Theo was born just six months earlier.
While Kardashian has made it clear that she has no plans to reconcile romantically with Thompson, she has said that he will always be a part of her family due to their children. Meanwhile, Thompson has vowed to be a better person in honour of his late mother, hoping to make her proud with his actions.
