Ariana Madix and Billie Lee of Vanderpump Rules seem to be on better terms after Lee showed support for Tom Sandoval amid his cheating scandal. When a Daily Mail article claimed Lee was walking Sandoval’s dog while Madix and Sandoval were out of town, Madix came to her former co-star’s defense, saying, “Billie helping out when I am out of the state for work is a nice thing to do, but Mya is my dog and that article should correct itself.” This came after rumors of a falling out between Madix and Lee following Madix’s split from Sandoval.
While most Vanderpump Rules stars condemned Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss, Lee stood by him, saying, “Tom and Ariana are my family. They have been there for me over the years and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. It saddens me that people are so fixated on picking a side. Both are human and are both hurting in their own ways.” She added, “There is a world where you can support and be there for both parties, and that’s the world I choose to live in.”
Kristen Doute took to Instagram to defend Lee after Lala Kent claimed in the season 10 finale that Lee and Sandoval had a past together. Lee slammed Doute, saying, “Your friendship is fake and performative.” In unaired footage from the season 7 reunion, Lee and Sandoval denied the rumors.
Sandoval confirmed during the finale that he cheated on Madix more than once during their nearly decade-long relationship. Madix recently addressed claims that she told her co-stars not to side with Sandoval during the scandal, saying, “Anyone can make their own choices and I can make mine in return. Won’t be any argument over it. I’ll respectfully just ‘dip out.'” The three-part Vanderpump Rules reunion will air on Bravo on Wednesday, May 24.
