Nader Khalili was born on the 22nd of February, 1936. He was known for being a Architect. Pioneered the Earthbag Construction technique called Superadobe and his innovations with the Ceramic Houses system. His Superadobe system was a response to a 1984 NASA challenge for designs that could be used to eventually inhabit Mars and the Moon.
Nader Khalili was born in Iran. He studied architecture in Iran, Turkey, and the U.S., before obtaining his license in California in 1970. He was eventually named a United Nations consultant on Earth Architecture. He founded the California Institute of Earth-Art and Architecture in 1991.
