Trust Bank initiated foreclosure proceedings in August 2022 after the couple defaulted on their mortgage. Their property was set to go on auction in March 2023, but Brock & Scott, PLLC announced in February 2023 that the sale was no longer taking place.
The couple, who had previously denied facing financial issues in November 2022, faced legal proceedings after failing to pay their debt as detailed in the Security Deed.
