Humayun Ahmed was born on the 13th of November, 1948. He was popular for being a Playwright. A Bangladeshi writer, playwright, and screenwriter, he is best known for literary works such as Nondito Noroke (In Blissful Hell) and The Story of a Mother and a Moonlit Night. He also wrote numerous screenplays, including that of the popular 2012 film, Ghetuputra Kamola.
Humayun Ahmed was born in Bangladesh. After graduating from Dhaka University, he earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from North Dakota State University. He wrote his first television screenplay, Prothom Prohor (First Moment), in 1983. He wrote in the literary genre and style of magic realism.
